We have secured 3 phases of this project over the past few years with LM developments. Each project involved the fixing of plasterboard to timber frame structures which is completed with a taped and jointed finish.

• Phase 1 comprised 180 units (houses and apartments) with an approximate value of €1,100,000 completed in March 2007.
• Phase 2 comprised 250 units (houses and apartments) with an approximate value of €1,400,000 completed in September 2007.
• Phase 3 comprised 400 units (houses and apartments) with an approximate value of €2,000,000 due for completion in November 2008.
